New Mezzanine financing program offers 85% LTV

We are pleased to announce a new Mezzanine financing program that allows a combined 85% LTV for loans above $1,000,000. 

The Mezzanine financing piece allows up to 10% of the appraised value.  The minimum loan amount for the Mezzanine piece is $100,000 and the maximum is $400,000.   The streamlined process with the same lender offers:

• One Underwriting
• One Approval
• One Commitment
• One Closing Process
• Minimum combined DCR of 1.07%
