The HUD-221-d4 loan program offers the best financing available for these type of transactions. The program will finance up to 90% of both hard and soft costs. It also offers a fixed 40-year term and is 100% non-recourse. We became a correspondent lender for this loan program in February. Current rates are in the mid 6's.
