The buyer assumed the existing $8,200,000 mortgage on this 24-story mixed-use building in Worcester, MA.  Gomberg Financial arranged a $2,540,000 second mortgage through Fannie Mae's supplemental mortgage program.  The 2nd mortgage is fixed at 6.25% for 10 yrs. and amortized over 30 yrs. The overall LTV was 80%.
