Gomberg Financial Services specializes in financing apartments buildings with 5+ units with mortgages ranging from $200,000 to $50,000,000. We also have financing programs for office, retail, mixed use, and industrial properties.

For each transaction there are usually 4-5 different financing products available. Once we understand our clients' specific needs we can make an informed and intelligent decision on which program offers the best fit.

We work with over 100 different lenders, including local banks, national banks, Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities conduits, Fannie Mae, HUD, Freddie Mac, sub-prime lenders, hard money lenders, insurance companies, and B/C market lenders.
