As a seasoned market observer, Tom is frequently asked to participate in industry-wide events.  He won two out of the three years he competed in CCIM’s forecasting competition for multifamily housing.  He has also joined with experts in related areas on panels discussing critical issues facing the industry.

Tom received a degree in business from Bemidji State University.  Recreational interests include golfing, fishing, hunting and periodic escapes to remote wilderness retreats.
