William D. Kelleher IV joined Kelleher And Sadowsky Associates in 2000. Will specializes in commercial brokerage, providing clients with sales and leasing services as well as tenant and landlord representation in Worcester and throughout Central Massachusetts.

Prior to joining the Kelleher and Sadowsky brokerage team, Will worked in sales since graduating Providence College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1993.   The Paul Revere Life Insurance Company (dba The Unum Group) agrees on terms to lease a 210,000 +- square foot Class A, LEED Certified, professional office building from CitySquare II Development Company, LLC, a subsidiary of the Hanover Insurance Group. The seventeen year, build to suit lease triggers the release of more than $30M in public funding that will be used for the demolition of the former Worcester Common Outlet Mall.
