Steve Witten is the Senior Director of the National Multi Housing Group and First Vice President of Investments for Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services. He has more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in multifamily property sales.

Steve is based in New Haven, Connecticut and is the recognized industry leader in apartment analysis and brokerage, well known for his vast knowledge of local and national real estate markets and his expertise in marketing to the right investor pool.  He lectures throughout the United States on Apartment Building Evaluation, State of the Investment Property Market, Real Estate Investment Strategies and Annual State of the Apartment Markets. He has developed lasting and trusted relationships with his clients, successfully representing over 80 institutional investors and hundreds of private investors over his career, many of them repeatedly.

Steve joined Marcus & Millichap in 1999 and has received numerous sales awards.  His honors include the prestigious Chairman’s Club and annual National Achievement Awards.  For year-ending 2008, Steve was honored as one of Marcus & Millichap’s top ten agents throughout the United States. He “set the standard for leadership throughout the multi family industry.”

Steve graduated from Temple University in Philadelphia and completed a Masters program in behavioral psychology at the University of Pennsylvania.

Steve has closed more than $2 billion in multifamily transactions nationally.

 

Victor Nolletti is the Senior Director of the National Multi-Housing Group and Vice President of Investments for Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services. He has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in multifamily property sales.

Victor is considered to be one of the preeminent multifamily brokers in the northeast and is well known for his knowledge of market conditions and his expertise in underwriting. He has developed long term, trusted relationships with some of the most active multifamily operators in the country that include high net worth private investors, major institutional investors and quasi institutional investors.  He also has vast relationships with the appraisal and lender community.

Victor’s career in real estate began in midtown Manhattan where he leased large Class A office space for several years. The succeeding years have been spent in Connecticut, handling the sale of investment grade multifamily properties as well as Class A office and industrial properties. Victor joined Marcus & Millichap in 1999 and has received a variety of sales awards that include the prestigious Chairman’s Club and numerous National Achievement Awards.  He was recognized as one of Marcus & Millichap’s top 2008 investment professionals by successfully assisting his clients “in developing the right strategy amid a high degree of economic uncertainty and executed on their behalf in a very challenging market.”

Victor received a BA in Political Science from Franklin and Marshall College.

While based in Connecticut and provincially focused between NYC and Boston, Victor has brokered over $2 billion in commercial real estate in 15 states nationally.
