Gerry Matthews has over 20 years of real estate experience. Prior
to opening his own firm he was associated with Connecticut Factors, Inc. of Waterbury, CT responsible for management, construction and renovations of a multitude of office, industrial and residential buildings.

He successfully worked as a commercial real estate agent in the Greater Waterbury area responsible for leasing and selling several hundred commercial and industrial properties. For seven years he
served as Real Estate Commissioner for the State of Connecticut.

Currently he is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, a member of the Naugatuck Valley Community College Advisory Council and a Co-chairman of the Town of Middlebury Architectural Review and Economic Commission.
